Superb location; two exceptional restaurant experiences right outside the door.

This location was superb, located right next to one of the big plazas with several really good restaurants. The Alhambra is a 10 minute local bus trip up the hill; easy to figure out.

Situation in the middle of the city

The en suite toilet/shower is behind a glass door with a sink in the bedroom itself . Because we arrived after reception was closed at 14.00, we messaged the hotel via Booking.com and the hotels own email and got no responses, I phoned and got friendly helpful staff.

The location

There isn't reception desk after 2:00 pm. The toilet got broken so we couldn't flush it from 9:00 pm till we checked out at 11:00 am. I called and sent an email. The following day at 9:00 am, the reception desk was open. The lady was very friendly and apologized for the inconvenience. I also let her know of three details that needed to be cleaned in the room and bathroom.

Great location, spacious room, very limited staff support and poor communication with reception

Amazing location - very central and walking distance to everything we needed. Spacious room and large bathroom.

The reception was always closed throughout our entire stay. We were only given one key at checkin and it was very inconvenient if we wanted to go out at different times. We tried to get an extra key but nobody was ever at the reception, so we had to message the hotel via Booking.com and it took some time to get the issue resolved.

Can do much better with a little attention

The hotel, on the other hand is quite central and easy to access the heart of the city. The same card we received for the room can also open the main entrance. The design of the rooms are actually quite nice.

The hotel room is generous and the design is fantastic but most of what the room started with needs immediate attention. The shower door and toilet door do not close properly. The wardrobe doors do not close either. The safe is unusable. The grill of the air-conditioning hangs out of the wall. The air-conditioning switched off automatically half way through the night. We only realised the next morning. One of the black-out curtains does not close properly. The room is also so close to the street that we couldn't sleep because of the business of the area. Parking is expensive and not as close to the hotel.

Great location, nice view from the balconies, room furnished with a modern style. Easy access process and helpful staff.

It was somewhat uncomfortable to have a glass door for the toilet, not properly closing, just one meter from the bed.

if you are in a car avoid this place like the plague !!!

the room ,was well appointed, modern and on a high floor with a view as requested .

at no time was it indicated that you can’t drive a car to the property to drop your bags. I spent hours driving around with the GPS telling me I had reached my destination and nowhere near it. I finally parked the car illegally and took off on foot and found the hotel. it was closed but some residents were returning and I entered with them. went to the reception floor. nobody there . pressed a button forever and a woman arrived . no English. she took me outside to-a shop next door and produced an envelope with my name and room number . I mean you’ve got to be kidding.

Very Good

Location, excellent location in the middle of everything. Dozens of restaurants from around the world and local cuisine. I was in a room with 2 windows looking over the park. Fantastic view. Very close to the Alhambra palace of Nasrid. Absolutely a great place to spend a day, but don't try to get there by walking, it's all uphill..

I' did, more or less, expected an economic setting consistent with a 3-star rating, however the room is showing its use. The room's layout is typically simplistic European minimalist, so privacy is not existing. The bed is in the bathroom or the bathroom is in the bedroom, however you want to see it. Look at the pictures, it's all there. I've missed it
